The property was very clean upon entry. We were even able to check in early, which was a huge bonus for us because we had a very early flight. The host was easy to get in contact with and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The location of the property was ideal- right in the middle of Harbour town- with shops and restaurants within walking distance.

We have been coming to HHI for decades, and this location was outstanding. This is our first time renting with Island Time, and their communication and service was very good. As we had one very cold day, the heating could not keep up and the apartment was quite chilly, but otherwise had all necessary equipment. It would have been nice to have local TV access, but we used the streaming service we use at home without problem.

We did not have access to a pool or any other amenities which was not mentioned before we booked. We needed 2 parking passes and only one was provided. We had to purchase a second pass seperatly which was a minor inconvience. The beds were outdated and the blind over the sliding screen door fell due to being poorly secured.
