Ketch Court is conveniently located in a secluded court yard in Harbour Town. Our villa is a one minute walk to the nationally ranked Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament, one of the most popular stops on the PGA Tour. It is one minute walk to the Sea Pines Racquet Club, rated one of the nation's best teaching facilities for tennis enthusiasts. Improve your game under the supervision of USFTA certified professionals or reserve time on one of 23 clay courts.
Our villa is a one minute walk to Harbour Town's scenic Yacht Basin with its signature lighthouse, restaurants, shops and live entertainment. Kids never tire of the playground and Gregg Russell's nightly performances under the Liberty Oak.
Ketch Court is also close to Sea Pines Center where you can enjoy lunch or dinner at the popular Truffles Cafe or visit its many shops and boutiques. If you want to explore the Plantation's 16 miles of pedestrian paths, bikes can be rented at the Peddling Pelican (843) 785-5470 in Sea Pines Center.
If you like the beach, the free Sea Pines Trolley stops at Harbour Town and can deliver you to Sea Pines' public beach, and the popular Beach Club, in about five minutes. It's the perfect venue for enjoying the ocean, casual dining, live entertainment and spectacular sunsets. Trolley routes also include South Beach Marina and its iconic Salty Dog Cafe.
Our villa is a three bedroom townhouse that was totally renovated in late 2022. The main floor includes a comfortable living room leading to a private rear court yard, a 55" Smart TV, high speed Wi-Fi internet service, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, guest bathroom and laundry room.
There are three bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 43" Smart TV and full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a 32" HD TV. The third bedroom has two twin size beds and a 40" Smart TV. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower adjoining the two bedrooms.

You can’t beat the location. It’s also wonderful to be able to use the pool and tennis. The unit could use a little updating. The upstairs doesn’t cool as much as the downstairs so if you run hot, you will not enjoy it.

Perfect location. Property manager was very responsive to any issues encountered. We had a wonderful time seeing our son and grandkids. The time went bye way too soon.
