The guest room has double bed and twin bunk beds with access to bath across the hall. The outdoor patio is very large and very private. You can enjoy a nice cocktail while grilling out. Just minutes away, you can go to the Sea Pines Beach club via shuttle to access the white sandy beaches. The home was very clean and well-appointed. Excellent location in Harbourtown-- close to golf, the lighthouse and restaurants and shops. We easily rode our bikes to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful. I’ve stayed in lots of different rentals over the years, and this one was far and away the best. I’d gotten into the habit of bringing things like extra paper towels, trash bags, detergents, salt and pepper, etc., with me, but they had every single thing! They even had beach towels (which I had forgotten) and a beach bag! The grill seemed to be having trouble, and when I was thinking about how I was going to have to figure out how to contact the property people, up popped a text asking me if everything was alright and offering to address any needs! So I texted, and he came out and fixed the grill. Also, the villa was perfectly clean and in order. The towels were nice and fluffy. The beds were quite comfortable. The outdoor living space was just what we wanted. My daughter brought her puzzle table, and we had plenty of room to set it up and put together a couple of puzzles. Honestly, I’m not overstating this. 901 Cutter Court is an excelllent and well-managed property!
