I booked about 3 weeks out and Island Rentals was easy to book with. They did great communication with codes. The villa location perfect and looked like the pictures except for some deep cleaning that is needed. Walls scuffed up, previous leaks on ceiling and from air returns. Plates and pans lacking and dirty. Only 4 coffee cups in the place.Towel bar fell as soon as we put a towel on but they were quick to respond about coming to fix. Nice place, loved having the trolly stop outside our door. Pool and pickleball courts were great as well.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The property was in good condition & was nicely decorated. It provided plenty of room for our family. We loved the location close to the trolly stop which was nice for trips to the beach. The pool was close and easy to bike to. Overall the property was clean. We would have liked to have had a few more kitchen items such as a baking sheet, measuring cups and additional coffee mugs. The email & text updates from the property management were helpful and provided all the information we needed. Having bikes provided was a bonus. The check in/out process was simple. I’d stay at this property again.
