Kitchen has granite counter tops, updated appliances, washer, dryer and fully stocked so you can prepare an afternoon snack or a full meal for the family or golfers. Living has large flat screen TV and half bath is just off the living room. Walk right out from the living room to enjoy a nice back patio with pool views. Pool is only steps from the back deck so you can take a dip and cool off after a long day on the beach or golf course. Master Bedroom has a king size bed with updated en suite bathroom. New vanity, new tile floors and tile shower with inlaid accents. Guest bedroom has new vanity, new tile, new shower and king size bed. Feels like a double master suite with all the updates and king size beds. The guest room has two double beds for kids or golfers. The luxury condo can sleep a total of eight people with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your vacation.

Check in easy. Very nice pulling in to this beautiful villa. Saw a ton of big bugs that looked like coach roaches but I know they weren’t it’s Hilton heads famous bugs they have that get inside the place but still very gross to see. They are huge so it freaks everyone out. Love how spacious the place is. Not very clean under the beds. My daughter dropped something on the floor and I got on the floor to pick it up and saw like 3 inches of dust Under the bed and the baseboards. Papers and pills were on the floor from previous renters. My daughter handed me two pills from the floor I never seen before. She’s 4 so I’m glad she knew to give them to me and not put them in her mouth. Besides that the place of location was very nice. The kitchen also had most of your needs. Two refrigerators and laundry. Pool was nice except the pool police/old lady that lives there next door was annoyed by our pool music that was down low by the way and it was appropriate music. She asked we turn it off and then my husband hung his towel on the balcony to dry it and she yelled at us for that and said we couldn’t do that. She was a Karen for sure. So rude to us!! Off of the property the beach was great. Saw the sunrise and sunset. Went parasailing. Loved that! Took the kids to the farm and rode bikes. That was our favorite part. The shops close by was also great. Lots of great places to eat at and grocery store close by. All in all great trip.

Overall we had a great vacation and the location was perfect for our family. Nice pool in the back with plenty of families around and an easy bike ride to Harbor Town. The carpets are in desperate need of cleaning or updating and some of the furniture as well. We also had issues every day with both TV and internet - the internet never worked the entire week. Not the fault of the property and the manager was very responsive, but if you need to do any work be advised you’ll need a back up plan.
