A pool pass to the Heated Harbour Town Pool (just steps from the villa) is provided, and the pool is open year-round and available for your use for unlimited guests during your stay. Please note, the pool is heated Mid March-April 30 and Mid October-November 30.
Parking is available at this property for multiple condo guests vehicles once you purchase your Sea Pines Gate fee at the entrance gate. Complimentary gate passes are not provided to guests for this property.
You are welcome to utilize the Sea Pines Fitness Center, nearby, for $18 per day. Weekly passes are also available.

From Mid March to Labor Day, a complimentary trolley is available to transport you from the Harbour Town Pool across the street to the Beach Club and Back.

We had an awesome stay here! The location was spectacular - so close to the pool, trolley stop and Harbour Town! Walking distance to Sea Pines Center.The place was very clean!

Wonderful property in Harbourtown! The amenities are maintained well and nicely appointed. Just be mindful if you’re taller than 5’8”… the rainfall shower head is low.

It was my first stay at VRBO and was wondering how will it go. But it turned out to be one of the best experience. Biggest fear was that there is no human interaction and what if we need some help?
Bu ti was surprised by quick responses from community manager for any question I have. In short I did not feel lack of human interaction due to quick responses.
