Condo is in the heart of Harbour Town and has a great view of the Seapines Golf Club. Most of the furniture in the unit looks brand new. After you add the cleaning and owner fee's, I paid just over $300 per night in what is considered the off season. I had very high expectations for this unit. I was underwhelmed to find that, although the unit had been newly renovated, several cabinet doors were broken and misalignment. Some of the bath fixtures were loose and the towel rod was not useable. I contacted the owner about the propane for the grill and she came over and got us a new tank. The owner is local and could easily keep up with these unit deficiencies but doesn't. The unit overall is fine. I think they should not be charging a premium price for a very average rental.

The condo was clean and location was perfect for the tournament, but its lacking a few things. The front door lock didn't work right, we had to put the code in several times to get it to open.
The ice from the refrigerator tasted funny so we had to buy ice for our drinks. The toaster did not work. The bed was not the most comfortable and there weren't any extra pillowcases for the two pillows on the bed.
The most inconvenient thing I would say about this condo was the TV was all streaming so we couldn't keep up with the news in the evenings. The TV just didn't work period in the bedrooms. We paid over 900.00 a night, so I would say it is definitely not worth the price.
