Location is great to pool, Harbour town , walking distance to many things. Pool was clean and nice and has a snack stand.
House needs a serious updating. Deck is splinter heaven, and nails popping up. I wouldn’t let my kids on it without sneakers. Floors are filthy , my kids socks were black on the bottoms. I wouldn’t let them walk barefoot in the house , I was concerned with the filth on the floors. Vents were filthy. Could use some fresh paint to spruce the place up. The kitchen appliances were new , so that was nice. Pool towels and bath towels were clean and looked brand new. Washer and dryer were old, but worked fine and was nice to have.
