The only thing I would say is the mattress in the master bedroom could use either flipping or replacing. Otherwise, a great stay!

Nice family vacation! Location was good, although typically we stay closer to the beach club. Biking was a little further to the attractions.
Villa was nice. A fee upgrades are needed. The mattress in the master bedroom needs replaced and upgraded kitchen cooking items are needed and carpeting needs replaced.
We really enjoyed spending time with our family at the villa!

The first thing I noticed was that the property needs a deep clean and some fresh paint throughout. The kitchen isn’t well-appointed….there was one sort of decent sized coffee mug and the other 4 were tea cup sized, the frying pans were in terrible condition and there was no electric kettle for hot water. The biggest problem; however, was that none of the bedroom windows opened! Besides not being able to get fresh air, it’s a safety hazard. I called Sat night when we discovered the problem and the on call person had no idea what to do. He came over the next morning and was unable to get them open. They had someone else come on Monday and they were finally able to open them. The rental company was polite enough but seemed baffled that I was concerned about the issue and was not in a rush to fix it. We wouldn’t rent this house again and probably would try to avoid the rental company.
