This villa is located within the gates of the semi-private Sea Pines gated community. The gates have 24/7 security and access is controlled to owners, renters, and paid guests.
This updated villa is a spacious 1600 square feet on a single level – perfect for a get away vacation. The villa boasts 3BR, 2 full baths, hardwood floors, stylish upscale furniture and neutral décor with splashes of color. It is awash in natural light. A true home away from home.
Our kitchen is well-stocked with every kitchen gadget, solid surface dining counters and an adjoining dining area. It includes updated appliances allowing you to prepare your meals. Yet our Villa is also within walking distance of all the restaurants that Harbour Town has to offer.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, 2 comfy chairs, a 55 inch smart tv. Upgraded internet WiFi service is included for all your family's electronic gadgets.
The master bedroom has a King Size Bed, flat screen TV, and direct access to the master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, and a flat screen TV. The 3rd bedroom has 2 extra long twin beds, a flat screen tv and is perfect for the kids. The third bedroom has a desk, a computer monitor and an all in one printer for work or study. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions. The laundry room has a full size washer/dryer.
The fantastic shops, restaurants, recreation, and entertainment of Harbour Town are just steps from this Villa. The Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach, and Salty Dog are just a short Trolley ride away. The Trolly stop is right outside our building. Perfect for a family vacation. The Harbour Town play ground, Gregg Russell amphitheater, Cinnamon Bear Ice Cream, and the Pier are just steps away.
Other amenities include access to the communal Harbour Town swimming pool (complementary.), and the fitness center, tennis, golf, and the South Beach swimming pool (fee required). Guests can access the Harbour Town swimming pool with a pass provided by the Owners. It is within walking distance less that .2 miles away from the Villa. The Villa is also walking distance to Harbour Town beach and pier (offering a spectacular sunset view), access to jet skis, paddle boards, kayak rentals, and bike rentals (fee required).

Absolutely the best place to stay in Harbor Town. Beautiful Condo, tastefully decorated. Located in the center of all the restaurants, shops, marina, transportation and walking trails. We had no trouble getting a parking place, The general store for anything you need right downstairs. Also rain, sleet or snow, you walk downstairs and into restaurants, shops etc. it was unbelievable how convenient. Looking forward to going back there again and again. Almost forgot to mention how spacious and comfortable the place was for us.
