Location
Front entry needs to be cleaned the mossy green stuff on sidewalks needs to be removed. The trash container was overflowing with nasty garbage . Just because it POA responsibility to remove trash it’s still no excuse for a nasty condition when one moves in

The location to Harbor Town was great. The walking and bike trails were also excellent. We enjoyed our stay!
There was no access to a pool other than paying an additional $75 for the week. This should be included in the reservation.

No breakfast. I liked the condo - very nice. However, we could not use the pool across the street because our booking agent did not buy passes for his customers in Sea Pines. we had to drive to another pool and pay $15 each day to use the pool there.
Being able to use the pool across the street and having a better pass to get into Sea Pines resort Beach Club. We had to go at 7:00 am to get in to park and use the beach.
