Very clean and nice place Excellent service Food is delicious

I loved this hotel! The room was big, very clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were all so kind and attentive. I loved that I had a choice of pool areas and settings. Its really nice, in this amazing garden environment. Green, flowers, blue sky and sea, wonderful hot days. The food was really nice, too much to choose from, far more than I needed for breakfast. It was classy, but casual at the same time. I found that really appropriate for the coastal holiday setting. The views from various parts of the resort are really wonderful too.

I think its all great. For what I want from a holiday, I could not ask for more.

I especially enjoyed the pools, particularly the silent pool. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the rooftop bar had amazing views and a great atmosphere. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

I was disappointed by the interior design and overall finishes, which felt inconsistent and somewhat cheap due to the mix of patterns and materials. The result did not feel in line with a 5-star experience. I also found it unusual that all meals, including dinner, were served buffet-style, especially given the dress code, which made the dining experience less comfortable. While the food selection was varied, the quality was average. Finally, the bed was quite uncomfortable, with a mattress that was too firm and pillows that did not provide adequate comfort.
