Immaculate resort with the most amazing breakfast and dinner deal with such an array of food. Staff was more than helpful and we had a lovely relaxing time.

Very clean, nice and comfortbale large resort. Good food, free snacks and ice-cream at the lunch time even for half-board customers. Kids appreciated a lot. Very welcoming staff. A lot of activities during the day and in the evening for all ages. 7 minutes drive to the privately owned oil factory. Great destination to visit - old and modern oil pressing tools, degustation.

I appreciated and used a small church in the middle of the resort for morning and evening prayer. Great help to stay mindful about your life.

Not a huge fan of the entertainment but everyone else seemed to enjoy. Would have loved a little arcade area like other all inclusive have but that does not diminish the high standard the hotel is, very much enjoyed it!

Overall an excellent experience especially the refurbished areas. The rooms (we were in the deluxe rooms) were lovely - really well appointed and comfortable, close to all the amenities. The facilities are generally superb, especially the food and drink options, lovely bar areas, live entertainment, pools , slides, spa and beach. The staff were (almost without exception) lovely, with shout outs to Socrates and Stefaniia who were both so helpful. Also the servers who greeted us every breakfast and lunch…

Just a small thing… The kids pool was quite muddy due to the grassy area surrounding it so we preferred the main pool and my kids who are both over 18 liked the adult pool which was quiet and lovely with a pool bar. Whilst most of the staff were genuinely lovely and friendly, we found a couple of the bar tenders to be quite rude to the guests on more than one occasion which was a shame.

We spent our holiday at Sentido Apollo Palace and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The buffet was outstanding: every meal offered an impressive variety of delicious options, perfectly combining local flavors with international choices. We were always looking forward to the next meal! The facilities and services were exceptional. The pool area was simply beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for both relaxing and enjoying the sun. What really stood out to us, however, were the thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special: a free late check-in, a farewell gift with local products and traditional sweets, and the well-organized airport transfer service. We were especially impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the reception staff. On one occasion, an extra bar charge had mistakenly been added to our room, but the receptionist handled it quickly and efficiently. Even more impressive, when my daughter accidentally left behind her backpack with some beloved toys, the staff went out of their way to find it and reassured us that it would be shipped to us shortly. Overall, Sentido Apollo Palace combines excellent hospitality, delicious food, and top-notch services with genuine care for its guests. We felt truly valued throughout our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday in Corfu.

The only suggestion I would give is to improve the room cleaning service: once housekeeping didn’t come at all, another time they arrived at 7:30 pm, and on one occasion the towels weren’t changed. Overall, the level of cleanliness during the stay felt a bit superficial compared to the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The facilities were excellent — from the spacious swimming pool and beautiful greenery to the wide variety of food offered at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The kids especially loved the water slides, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. We stayed in a room with direct pool access, which was very convenient for the family and added to the overall comfort. A special thank you to Konstantina, who was always helpful and supportive whenever we needed her. She was there to resolve any situation with great care. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Philip, the General Manager, who is a very knowledgeable and professional person. Their attention and dedication truly enhanced our experience. Overall, everything from the room to the service made our stay memorable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.
