SENTIDO Apollo Palace

I have just came back from Sentido Apollo Palace and this hotel has exceeded my expectations. The room was beautiful, we enjoyed our view and loved the “quiet” pool. Felt nice to enjoy it after the busy day at the beach. The food was amazing, delicious and always something new to choose. And last but not least the employees were nice and friendy, thank you for making ur stay beautiful:)

Our daughter rated the hotel with 100% so we totally recommend it as a family destination! We had a great stay full of surprises! Welcome gift, goodbye gift, special breakfast with farm bio vegetables, dinner by the pool and Italian dinner at the ‘La cantina’! Kids festival in the farm was a great initiative as well as the special cocktails night with local spirits and herbs from the farm! The marketing team of the hotel and the staff work really hard to satisfy the guests. We felt it from the beginning till the end! I should highlight that we had tasted the best cocktails ever! Special thanks to the bartenders of Apollo! 👍🏼

The room was renovated and beautiful but a bit small and the cleanliness was ok overall with some space for improvement. The main restaurant is very good especially the breakfast and dinner but we think that maybe less choices could help to improve even more the quality. The hotel is under renovation so we felt that there are 2 hotels running inside the hotel, one super premium and the old one. The pools were overcrowded especially in the water park zone so maybe the quiet area should be used from everyone during August or add one more pool.

Everything kept relatively new and functioning. Good spaces for children and adults

There shouldn’t be a charge for the steam room facilities. Like the gym that should have been available

Relationship manager Mr. Spyros was very friendly, helpful & willing to make our stay smooth. We enjoyed buffet variety & quality of food.

Room service & housekeeping was very poor, reception was very slow to react & take action on the issues, room facilities outdated, food at Italian restaurant & a Steakhouse wasn’t good at all, bottled water & toiletry not provided in the room on daily basis.
