The room was extremely clean and well made. The location was right next to the water park so great for our daughter and she loved the activities going on and slides.
Only gripe was the water not being in inclusive like everything else. They should include bottled water as with the heat and children it shouldn’t be needed to go to reception or buy separately but nothing major and we just bought it or got glasses

Food was great, entertainment for the kids and kids areas, friendly staff, water sledges for all ages
Sometimes the music is a bit loud in the evening in the waterpark area

Communication excellent, hotel transfers on time and excellent. Food delicious, pools clean and fun. Kids entertainment perfect. Everything was amazing. Very clean everywhere. Snack bar fantastic!
First night external bar was very noisy until 3am! But didn't happen again.
