The room was amazing! We stayed in a bungalow, which was very spacious and clean. There were plenty of food options and lots of great activities for the kids.
There were long lines every time we wanted a drink. The hotel should offer self-service drinks or at least provide water dispensers with cold water and glasses. The pools also looked very dirty, and the water appeared gray.

WiFi wasn’t good especially in the room and guests holding all the chairs with their towels at the beach and pool

Foods and drinks are satisfactorily. Long beach for swimming.
Not easy to access. The response/resolution for technical requests take time.

Good food, great staff, big car park. Useful mini market & nice jewellery store on site.
Awful noisy entertainment every night. Could never sleep before 11.30pm. Loud music in every bar that reached all rooms. Stony, shallow & seaweed filled beach. Unpleasant. Would not come back
