Один минус, скрипучие полы) Но это проблемы соседей снизу))

The view was incredible, absolutely stunning, location was top, it was extremely spacious and well decorated as well as everything was well stocked and prepared!

The instructions were mostly clear, with one exception, it would be nice to mark the box for self check in so you can clearly say which one is yours, and also the door to the apartment to say something that is easily destinguished, or if the person answers their phone in case of misunderstanding or need. Otherwise the stay was amazing.

A fost nevoie sa intrebam o armata de localnici... ca sa ajungem sa gasim locatia si sa intram in posesia cheilor (dezastru - eram straini, iar gazda nici macar nu s-a sinchisit sa ne trimita o fotografie cu intrarea in scara apartamentului, ce sa mai spun ca putea trimite locatia cu fotografie direct din fata intrarii in scara). Ni s-a comunicat ca nu avem voie sa intram incaltati in acel apatament.... ca sunt papuci de unica folosinta.... pe care trebuie sa-i folosim. Ca trebuie sa ducem gunoiul cand plecam.... bine ca nu a impus sa spalam noi si asternuturile si sa facem curatenie.... domnul/doamna doar sa incaseze banii.... (asa ceva nu am intalnit pana acum si am mai calatorit si noi...) Daca tot impui reguli asa stricte de ce nu le scrii in anunt???? Smecherii obosite.... pe care nu le-am intalnit la urmatoarea propietate inchiriata... tot in Bulgaria.

Location is very good - in the old town of Veliko. However this is a problem for parking spots. The balcony has a great view.

No light in the hallway at the level the apartment is situated. No other option for making cofee other than an old and dirty (unwashed) italian expressor (to use on the stove) and also no cofee available. No liquid soap at the bathroom. The remote control of the air conditioner is not working right.
