The apartment was absolutely beautiful, tastefully and thoughtfully decorated and furnished throughout. It was a unique and romantic space to spend some time in Bologna - the views across the city were gorgeous. Everything was exceptionally clean; the AC throughout was a huge relief; the location was excellent and well-connected by bus if you didn’t fancy the walk into town; and the hosts were very accommodating and communicative (I arrived quite late in the evening later and they were great about this). I only wish I could have stayed longer!

There were a couple of things that could have been improved. First, the lack of coffee making facilities: there was just a jar of instant coffee in the cupboard. A small espresso machine or moka pot would have made a huge difference. The listing shows a picture of a moka pot and also states there is a coffee maker, so I was disappointed this wasn’t the case. Second, in general, I would have appreciated maybe a small guide explaining how various things in the apartment worked, like how the shutters for the windows worked - would save the hosts being bothered by questions! And finally I can’t really understand the choice to put blackout tape on the skylight above the bed. I could see the blind was broken, but the solution was a little baffling and blocked out so much light in that room.

Ottima struttura, luminosa ed accogliente. Check-in facile e staff a disposizione. Molto comoda la presenza dell'angolo cottura con frigo e bollitore. Consigliato!

Mettre a disposition au moins pour le premier latin un kit petit dej minimal.(café thé et petits biscuits ?)

La persona de contacto ha sido amable y resolutiva.

No es muy cómodo y el equipamiento es muy muy justo. El baño y la cocina están faltos de revocación. No dieron oportunidad de dejar el equipaje ni antes del chekin ni después del chekout.
