Only one key for apartment made it difficult

Everything quite nice, clean and well equipped. Price very reasonable.

1) it was very difficult to get in the first time. The directions did not really work - we had to phone a special number but there was no response for 10-15 minutes. I think the problem might be very low cell service in that area. 2) the WiFi really did not work. You could maybe load a text but no webpages with any pictures. Not possible to do work where access to Google Drive was necessary. Could not post or view social media. Low cell service meant even using cell service it was difficult to look up a restaurant, for example. But to their credit, the hosts tried very hard to fix this. They can and reset the router (which did nothing, essentially). They inquired of it had been fixed and clearly they would have fixed it replaced it next. And they provided us with a second set of keys which we needed for different departure times.

The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. The location superb, with all that Bologna has to offer a short walk away. The apartment is well presented and clean.

The location

It is super noisy, you can hear all the noise from the street (a busy one during the weekend) and the neighbours stairs sound like it is in the house.
