Casa Aldrovandi: Elegante e in Centro Storico

Un emplacement idéal, proche de tout. Les hauts plafonds et les vastes cours nous ont fait une excellente première impression. En entrant dans l'appartement, une très belle vue s'est offerte à nous : c'était merveilleux d'admirer les couleurs et l'architecture de Bologne, ainsi qu'une tour historique. Des lits confortables, le calme et une suite très spacieuse. Les chambres, séparées et éloignées les unes des autres, offrent à la fois un cadre de séjour convivial et intime. Comme nous y sommes allés par temps chaud, la climatisation, qui fonctionnait très bien, nous a fait le plus grand bien lors du canicule ! Nous n’avons pas utilisé la cuisine, mais elle était entièrement équipée. Le fait que chaque chambre dispose d’une salle de bains et de toilettes séparées était très pratique. Cela ne nous a pas dérangés, mais préparez-vous à monter deux étages avec de nombreuses marches : il n’y a pas d’ascenseur !! Au début, je n’ai pas compris le fonctionnement du système Vickey, mais une fois que j’ai compris, nous nous sommes habitués à ne pas avoir à transporter de clé et à ouvrir la porte avec notre téléphone portable. Les membres de l’équipe, avec lesquels nous avons communiqué via WhatsApp, ont répondu immédiatement à nos questions. Le départ était prévu à 10 h, mais un grand merci à l'équipe de nous avoir permis de laisser nos valises dans la chambre un peu plus longtemps !

Il n'y avait ni penderie ni armoire dans la chambre. Nous avons rangé nos affaires en les pliant. Cela ne nous a pas posé de problème, mais ceux qui ont des vêtements à suspendre pourraient rencontrer des difficultés. Le canapé du salon n'est pas très confortable ;)

The access was difficult, purely digital. It would have helped to have someone present on arrival. The long staircase is a bit of a challenge.

The location is very good and we it was very clean. Laundry was a bonus.

All four of us had issues at times with the Vikey system to enter the building etc. We felt more instructions would have been helpful. There were no instructions on how to use the cooktop and the air con in the second bedroom did not work well. It was very hot during our stay. There were only three wine glasses so it seems that these items checked regularly. The stairs with suitcases were a challenge but we knew there were stairs.

Very clean nice apartment. Comfortable beds. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Not convenient to main train station. They asked us for arrival time, which we told them was 1pm. We had trouble checking in at 1:30pm. We tried repeatedly to contact them, first ringing the doorbell which they said would connect us to someone, then via what’s app, between 1:30 and 3:15pm. No response. We reached out to booking who contacted the host. They finally responded via what’s app, telling us that we should have used what’s app to contact them. ?? Check in time is 3pm. They asked us our arrival time which we told them was 1pm. If they had informed us we could not access the apartment until 3pm we would not have tried repeatedly. If they had responded to our what’s app messages to inform us we cannot access the apartment until 3pm we would not have tried repeatedly. But there was no communication until after 3:15pm when booking reached out to them. Just a simple message to us on what’s app or thru booking would have been much less stressful and frustrating for us.
