The apartment is located on the 1st floor with lift of a historic building in one of the most important streets in the center of Bologna. Spacious and bright three-room apartment of 64 m2. with a terrace of 12 m2. The living area consists of a living room with a sofa that converts into a double bed, a dining table, a kitchenette and a windowed bathroom with shower. From the living room you can access the splendid terrace overlooking the roofs and courtyards of Bologna. The bedroom with two single beds (or a double bed if necessary) has a decorated ceiling and a private bathroom with window and shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and overlooks the private terrace directly with the possibility of accessing it directly from a French window. At guests' disposal flat screen LED televisions, independent air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi internet connection, ironing board with iron and safe.

The apartment was very clean and well organized. The staff was very friendly and always available to respond to any questions. The apartment has air conditioning, which works very well. The refrigerator is large and the freezer works very well. There is a microwave and a stove top. We did not use the stove top, but we did use the microwave. The washer and dryer are on the lowest level, but like the apartment, they are easily accessible via an elevator. The patio comfortably sits four and is a nice addition to the apartment.

I was in Bologna for work and my family joined. It was a perfect apartment to act as our base. Easy walking to everything and had everything we needed when we wanted to stay in.

Property is as described. We were able to store luggage prior to check-in and free laundry was a bonus. We have already recommended to others.
