Perfectly situated in Hermanus; everything in walking distance. Very good hosts with proactive communication about all sorts of topics that can be explored in Hermanus. Flat has all you need and more.

Absolutely beautiful property with quality furnishings. Stunning view over the ocean. We even saw whales and dolphins from the balcony. Easy walking distance to all the great restaurants. Fantastic recommendations from the team on where to eat and what to do.

Cannot fault it

The apartment was big and comfortable, and the facilities and appliances were top notch. It was 100% clean when we got there, and we enjoyed the complementary wine and snacks. It is walking distance from restaurants and the ocean is literally across the road. We were well informed by the owners and felt up to date with what is going on in the environment, and what restaurants are recommended. It was very well equipped with everything you could possible need to do some serious cooking, as well as a braai on the balcony. There is even a dish washer and washing machine. It was great to have a parking spot in the basement of the building.

The only negative, and that is a small one, is that the road in front of the property can become fairly busy during the day.

The host was brilliant in giving us dining recommendations daily. The location was great.
