We will definitely stay again. The view in unbeatable!

The host was warm and helpful, assisting me in setting up a surprise cake and helium balloons for my son's birthday before our arrival. The apartment is beautifully maintained and very comfortable, equipped with all the modern kitchen tools you can think of! The view is absolutely breathtaking, thanks to the wide glass windows that slide open.

The entrance area and the stairs leading to the apartment are quite outdated, which initially made us a bit apprehensive. However, once we stepped inside the apartment, it felt like a breath of fresh air. Just a heads-up: the parking garages are extremely narrow and too small for family cars. We parked outside, which was straightforward and honestly less stressful. If you have a larger vehicle, or if you are not a confident driver, I recommend completely avoiding the parking area unless you enjoy maneuvering and reversing in tight spaces!

Fabulous place to spend a few days.

In general this is a great place to stay, it has everything one needs. The view is spectacular! Very convenient location. It does include a garage for the duration of your stay but this is so small and awkward, you might be able to park a Jimny but not an Amarok, luckily it has street parking right in front of the complex. We would definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful apartment with amazing views to the ocean in the center of Hermanus

It is a wonderful apartment with direct views to the ocean and possibility to see whales passing during whale watching season. Excellent restaurants and shopping options nearby. We liked everything about it: clean, quiet, beautifully arranged, comfortable beds, in the kitchen you find everything, but we preferred to go out for meals though... Check-in/check-out went quickly. Our stay was perfect.

Only one thing: check-out until 9 am is very early, I am used to 12 am or at least 11 am. Also, if you have your flight in the evening, there is no real possibility to store the luggage somewhere ...

Stunning views, nice apartment but dissappointed that it was not clean as expected when we arrived.

The apartment was not clean, lots of dust, braai grid was dirty. Bathroom shelves was not clean. Bed was somewhat hard and slightly uncomfortable. Had to follow up to ensure DSTV is working.

Stay here for the views and central location-it’s worth it!

Fantastic location, spectacular views, clean. All the facilities you could need and super hosts IIander and Juan. Had an inverter when electricity shuts down.

Nothing with the apartment itself, however, the stairs in between first & second floor needs lighting when the electricity goes down. This is a general gripe because of load shedding-no generator (something the hosts have no control over)

The location is very central, just a step from the coastal path, and shops and restaurants on the doorstep. The view of the ocean is superb.

With such a central location, comes town noise and restaurant smells. if you want a quiet peaceful stay in Hermanus, then this is not for you. If you want to be in the thick of it, then it is.

AMAZING - we were all so happy and enjoyed our stay - I would love to go back.

I will definitely be back to stay here. Although it may not be the cheapest, the hosts provided everything we could need including salt, pepper, tea, coffee, cleaning products, braai briquettes etc. From that point of view it can even out. And the cleaning charge is OK since the apartment was spotless when we arrived - I am prepared to pay that knowing that the flat was properly cleaned for us after the previous occupants. The view from this apartment is THE BEST. We spent so many hours on the stools watching whales from the window - there is a panoramic view of the whole of Walker Bay from this third floor apartment.

The oven tray and some large utensils should be checked and rewashed by the cleaning service if necessary after the previous guests - don't trust that they have done the dishes well enough. There is a good dishwasher with tablets provided and so all eating utensils, plates and cups were very clean.

Tge costs outweigh the experience. I would not recommend this property during load shedding.

The flat was well equipped.

Due to the ongoing electricity problems in South Africa (loadshedding), there is a generator installed right infront of the flat. Instead of hearing and smelling the ocean at night, you are confronted with the noise of a generator and diesel fumes. There was also a very unpleasant smell in the second bedroom that forced one of us to sleep on the couch. The staff is very accommodating, yet I expected more for the price I paid.

Lovely apartment, very centrally located in Hermanus, with lovely sea views. Just like the photos on the website. As the weather was not great during our stay the location was great as we could walk to restaurants, art galaries etc.

Best location for Hermanus weekend

We loved our stay at 7 Marine Court. The property is perfect for a family and it’s centrally located, making it easy to walk to and from the local restaurants, or to take a stroll along the cliff paths. Having a garage to use is very convenient as Hermanus was very busy when we were there. The apartment has a lovely balcony where we would sit in the afternoons and watch the world go by. I would definitely go back to this very neat, well-appointed apartment.

Excellent central location, literally walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and the local mall. Beautiful view over the ocean and mountains. Lovely, well-maintained, clean apartment with comfortable beds, Nespresso machine, Weber for a braai and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Illanda and her husband were friendly, helpful and very efficient. Highly recommended!

Alles - aber auch alles - war hervorragend. Die Betreuung durch Ilanda und John, die Wohnung, die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit, die kleinen „Aufmerksamkeiten“ (Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung / Trinkwasser und alle Notwendigkeiten für ein entspanntes Ankommen). Die Einrichtung in bester Qualität und angenehm-modern. Das alles war schon sehr gut, aber die Sicht auf die Bucht von Hermanus, mitten im Ort war der Kracher! Wir haben schon vor der Abreise nachgefragt, ob wir wieder für die nächste Urlaubsreise reservieren können. Die Überschrift „Luxury-Seafront-Apartment“ trifft in allen Aspekten zu.
