Perfect sized apartment, shops and cafes within a minute walk. 10 minute walk away from Cathedralé de Saint Nicolas. Has free WiFi. City centre is only a thirty minute walk away, which is a short distance however it is also easy to get public transport. 10/10 stay would recommend.

Petit appartement bien équipé et jolie décoration. Hotel très agréable. Logement à proximité des commerces, très pratique car à côté de la gare notamment
Odeur de moisissures très forte dans le logement du à un dégât des eaux qui a certainement eu lieu. Nous n’avons pas été prévenu en y rentrant.

En general es espacioso y está bastante bien en cuanto a menaje, comodidad del mobiliario.. La propietaria nos explicó todo genial a la llegada, nos atendió si teníamos cualquier comentario y dejó todo bien ordenado. La casa en sí bien ubicada con Nice-Ville y con el centro además de tener supermercados cerca y todo lo que puedas necesitar como una farmacia
Mucho olor a humedad en el piso, teníamos que estar con las ventanas abiertas cuando estábamos allí si no para nosotras no se podía estar, por la noche en la zona mucho ruido y con las ventanas abiertas por el olor, no se descansa bien
