Location was great, close to Southsea Beach/Pier and Clarence Pier. Close to shops and cafes/pubs. Facilities good. Nice area, spacious property.
The parking, hard to find a spot within the permit zone. We paid extra to park elsewhere then after circling managed a spot later in the day at the other end of the road until we checked out the following morning. No bedding set up for the 4th person, luckily we had a sleeping bag.
