The host was very nice, if we had any problems he responded immediately and helped us. The facilities are as described, a newly renovated room with a properly working air conditioning. It is located near a metro stations, we could get everywhere within 15-20 minutes anywhere in the city.
We had a room in the floor below the street level, with only a small window facing the street. Our private bathroom was not in the room, it could be reached from a shared area with the other room in the apartment, and the people from the other room used it a few times, so we had to lock it with a key. There is no kitchen area in the apartment.

Posizione, a due passi dalla fermata della metro. Personale cortese e disponibile.
La struttura si trova al seminterrato e purtroppo entrando si viene travolti da un tanfo di muffa. Ma paradossalmente non è questa la cosa peggiore: il bagno. Bello in foto, si, appena ristrutturato, si, ma sarebbe da specificare che non è chiuso ma è all'interno di un box in vetro e che quindi se pernotti con qualcuno sei in vetrina mentre lo usi (vedi foto). Materasso e/o rete molto usurati e affossati al centro.
