1. Best possible location + exceptional view on Avenue Montaigne, Tour Eiffel and woods on Champs-Elysees. 2. Perfect air conditioning 3. Kitchen with a window with good view. 4. Great sitting room 5. Real Paris Vibe 6. Despite view on a Avenue Montaigne - very low level of noise from the street - because it is a last floor with balconies
There is only one issue - you can feel small vibration from a Metro trains during a day. I am a quit concerned about a sleep quality - and hopefully - it was not an issue during a night - everything were quiet enough. During a day you can feel small vibrations when metro trains go below the house. It was not a big problem for us (2 adults 2 children).

A wonderful, bright apartment on the top floor of a beautiful building just a few minutes from the Champs-Élysées. It offers a stunning view of the city center and the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is modern and fully equipped. Boutiques of famous world brands are located right below the building. The service, cleaning, and assistance were all impeccable.
