Disappointing

Good location. Comfortable beds

Broken shower. Old towels left on the back of bathroom door from previous guests, no flowers or plants so the place looked very different from the photos. Lift extremely small and not suitable from my disabled mother so the stairs were a struggle. Huge amount of roadworks outside which we were not warned about so access with the wheelchair was difficult and we were woken by pneumatic drilling each morning

DID NOT SLEEP for 3 nights. Dirty. Don’t drink the water they leave for you.

Location

There was a blood stain in my children’s bed. There was public hair on the ONLY one toilet. Read this again… ONE toilet… also if you are of normal weight you can’t fit in the bathroom. Also the water bottles they leave for the guests… one was opened and already half empty. Let’s now talk about the noise level. You might as well be on the street. The bedroom and sofa in the living room.. NO SLEEP. You can hear a pin drop outside the window. bedroom in the back was fine. I would have paid double to get out of there. DON’T STAY HERE. Also I contacted them and they gave me the run around.

Great location but money was not well spent... disappointing

Location was convenient as all destinations were walking distance.

The size of the apartment first of all was far too small for a 5-person family to have to share for a number of days. The lift to the apartment was lucky to fit 1-2 people in there, and the door on our level leading to our apartment door was also broken creating no security barrier other than our apartment door. The quality of the apartment was also very poor due to hot water being a struggle to maintain, especially on the first night where the children found to have no hot water in the bathroom mid-way showering... with no way of fixing it. Most cupboard space around the apartment was also locked, which made it an inconvenience to organise our day-to-day clothes. The beds were hard and uncomfortable causing sleepless nights and sore backs. The taps were not clean, all spouts full of mineral build up which made using the water feel dirty and unsanitary. The tap in the toilet was also scarily loose, causing anxiety on how long until it would fall off and cause more problems. This was very disappointing due to being promised a nice luxurious apartment only to get an apartment of poor quality all cheaply put together. The kitchen also felt like it was moments from falling apart due to what looked like it was unfinished or being completed half assed, not to mention, the overhead board missing near the air conditioner (which also seemed to be the only source of heat in the apartment) was missing. Finally, trying to contact the owners upon arrival with certain queries and questions along the way was tiresome due to unresponsive communication from them. The cheap quality of furniture, cabinetry and joinery, was a robbery of the money spent to rent the apartment... disappointing.

Great location/ok facilities

Location was great, minutes away from the Champs Elysees. Lots of restuarants/bars and metro very closeby.

The couch was very uncomfortable. Because it was a pull-out bed, the cushions kept sliding off and it was not a great set-up. The shower off the kitchen was also not great. You have to turn the water off while washing; otherwise, the bathroom floods if the shower head isn't positioned correctly.

Great location, but flat really needs to be brought up to claimed luxury standard.

Location was fantastic. The hosts were very flexible when we wanted to postpone from our first date, which was during the strikes in Paris. The flat seemed very secure. Lots of coffee and tea available in the kitchen.

Lots of annoying problems with the flat - uncleared rubbish when we arrived, broken chair, safe that was left locked, bed-settee which was useless to sit on (cushions slid off), main TV that couldn't receive terrestrial networks, TV in room didn't work (or maybe that was the controller), very small toilet / toilet seat that became more loose with time. The bath is probably OK for someone young, but quite a struggle to get in / out for someone older.

It was expensive for 2 nights around €500 euros, in the pictures look very spacious as compare to the reality.

It was last minute because our flight was cancelled.

One of the room’s Air condition wasn’t working despite they have sent an engineer. One of the pillows has stains on it. Chair was broken and cupboard doors was hanging, other than that every thing was spot on.

Solo hay un único inodoro en un tercer espacio separado, lo cual no estaba aclarado y genera una gran incomodidad. Además, el alojamiento presenta una bolsa negra colgando del techo, en condiciones totalmente inapropiadas.
