Good location, very safe place , good big rooms.
The smell from cigarettes was very bad inside living room and toilet . Like it was smoking place for many years . One toilet for so big apartment. Sound of metro was during all day and night you can feel vibration of train. Floor was dirty and very uncomfy showers in bedrooms . But it’s not minus but more than how people like it .

The location was right in the heart of Paris and easily accessible by Metro, taxi, bike and walking. The flat can be noisy at night given its proximity to the street for those not used to street noise.
The lock box was not numbered as provided by the hosts. Also, the digital passcode for the door to the flat did not work. They had to provide us with the master code and never fixed it. While the flat itself was nice and just as advertised, the host did not undertake a proper inspection prior to our arrival. The washer / dryer was filled with dark water. We called to have it fixed. They said it would be done the next day. It was not. It was finally fixed 2 days after arrival after many calls and texts from us.
