Me gusto mucho la ubicación, las instalaciones cómodas, el baño lo mejor.

Dormitorios un poco chicos, camas muy cómodas pero la matrimonial pegada a una pared algo incómodo. Tuvimos una situación particular y bastante desagradable. Llamaron a mi celular a las 4 de la mañana diciendo que eran del departamento pero desde un celular desconocido para pedir que fuéramos a abrir la puerta de entrada al edificio a otro huésped. Además de asustarme bastante y despertarme en la mitad de la noche me resultó muy poco oportuno que tengan que pedirle a un huésped que se ocupe de algo que no le corresponde de ninguna manera y menos en ese horario. Fue algo muy inesperado y fuera de lugar.

Property was in a good location, was clean and had all we needed

Because we were there in winter and it snowed, the heating was somewhat inadequate. It was not easy to adjust or to even turn on.

The location was fantastic. Close to transportation, restaurants and shops. The apartment is large, quiet and as advertised very charming.

The check-in process was horrendous. The check-in time is 4pm. The keys are located on the ground across a busy street chained to a railing. You have to get on your knees to put in the code to get the keys. Beware of hidden fees. You will need to pay for your bags to be stowed while waiting for check-in. Most flights from the U.S. arrive in the morning so, the apartment forces you to use an app to find the closest location to them to stow your bags. It is 6 euros per bag. This place also requires a deposit and city tax. You won't find out about any of this until After you have already booked 😒. @Booking.com advertises no hidden fees but, this place has quite a few.
