In order to welcome you, all guests can freely access our gym located in the 2nd arrondissement upon request.
The apartment is equipped with wifi, hair dryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric heating, Television.
This apartment has been decorated by our designer, a big fan of Walt Disney.
It is a tribute to his favourite character, Mickey Mouse, reproduced on the walls of the apartment, and also evoked through the red, black and grey tones that recall Disney's famous mascot.
You will love the location of this apartment, situated in a Haussmannian building just a hundred metres from the Champs-Élysées, nestled in a residential and embassy district. The Prime Minister and the President of the French Republic will be your prestigious neighbours.
The Champs-Élysées shops are open almost 24/7 and the avenue is the most secure in France.

For any booking during New Year's Eve, a deposit of 1500 euros will be required
We offer access to our Urban Flat in Paris gym, located at 5 rue du Ponceau 75002 and open every day from 9am to 6pm, for 20 euros for 2 hours.
To access it, please present yourself at our agency at 9 rue du caire, 75002 Paris, to book your time slot in advance
Please note that facade works, courtyard side, are in the final stages of completion.
Your booking is protected. In case of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.

We enjoyed our time at this lovely flat. Quiet. Easy access to food and all the highlights of Paris. Walkable! Taxis! Spacious home.

We were disappointed to find that the room we originally booked, the Mickey Mouse-themed apartment, was not available upon arrival. As a family with young children, this was a significant letdown, though we did our best to adjust.Additionally, we were hoping to check in a bit earlier to accommodate our children’s needs, but unfortunately, the apartment was not ready until well after 4 PM. The cleaning staff mentioned that the delay was due to the previous guests leaving the apartment in poor condition, which required extra time to clean.While we understand that things don’t always go as planned, but the combination of not receiving the themed room we booked and the delayed check-in made our arrival more stressful than anticipated.The location was best part of stay
