The apartment is in an excellent location and it is surrounded by security due to the palais and the ministry of interior near by. It had fantastic size rooms. Basic bathrooms that needed renovation. Close to the shops, restaurants and the metro For those wanting aircon. This place has air conditioning in all rooms but there is no remote to control the temperature or turn it off. The place has double glazing windows so you don’t hear much from outside. It is lovely to have the windows open during the day.

It would have been nice if there was more decor than just the bare basics. The dinning area is bare- just table and chairs. The living room had a couch and two armchairs. Such large rooms with great windows that open but nothing else to feel like you want to stay in the rooms. The same goes for the bedrooms. The kitchen was missing cutting knives and tea towels or paper towels. If you are staying for a few days or a week you would expect to have kitchen items to cook and clean. Overall the apartment would look fantastic if it was decorated. Also we had problems with the aircon. We could not adjustment the temperatures or turn them off or on. There was no remote. I did ask them about a remote but they told me to use a stick to turn it off. Of source with high ceilings I had to search the apartment for a broom to turn them off. One could not be turned off due to it being broken - it was very cold in there. It would have been great during the heat wave but it was only 20 degrees and the person had to sleep With two Donna’s to keep warm. Another thing that bother us was the noise the apartment made, such as the water system in the laundry, 7 aircons running non stop and another devices into the powder room. At night all you can hear was the machines constantly on. Also upstairs apartment, the person wears high heels and is walking around well past midnight with them on. We only experienced this for two nights. It was annoying, not sure if they lived there or were just visiting nightly. Of course this is not the apartment fault. Beds where ok Pillows were average for each bed

Location was amazing. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms for all guests. Spread out bedrooms for some privacy. A large dining room and separate living room.

Only having one key and the buzzer didn’t work was an issue with our group. It said it had A/C but not all bedrooms had access to it. To turn on the A/C, we had to stand on a chair or use a broomstick. Part of the property was updated but some renovations still need to be done to finish modernizing the apartment. We had to contact the owner for the WiFi information. An information binder about the property would have been extremely helpful.

The property is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen had the basics we needed and several bathrooms.

The property advertised that it was an air conditioned apartment . While all rooms had an ac unit on the wall, only the one in the living room worked. The owner was aware and had left 1 portable unit which pumped more hot air than cool. When we reached out to request check in codes, fans to circulate the ac etc, requests went in addressed or we were expected to rectify the situations ourselves, share our only key with the caretaker etc. Although we recognize that we were visiting during a historic heatwave, we were really disappointed that the property did not fulfill it description as an air conditioned apartment. The owner is working with us to make up for our discomfort.
