The breakfast provided was excellent, and the accommodation was conveniently located near the Champs-Élysées, making it easy to visit various attractions.

The door which into the apartment is malfunctioning and can't be closed, posing a safety concern. Furthermore, the stairwell is unlit, making it extremely dangerous to walk on.

The location is really great

unfortunately the cleanliness and overall hospitality did not meet expectations. Within 30 minutes of walking around in white socks, they turned black because the floors clearly had not been cleaned properly. We also found candies under the sofa, there were insects in the bathrooms, and the fridge had a strange smell. Another issue was the lack of basic bathroom essentials like hand towels, which made the stay less comfortable. On top of that, the host was not very accommodating — every request was met with a refusal, including late checkout (even when we offered to pay). Overall, the excellent location was the only positive, but it did not make up for the poor cleanliness and lack of customer care.
