We were scammed by the false pictures advertised

We were given a run down unit with a not equipped kitchen. when you booked,booking.com will show you a different picture of the property and once we arrived, we were shocked to be given a different property.The property that we had was run down and dirty.

I wouldn't choose this place again

I don't recommend it! The room was very dirty... the shower and tap drains were clogged... they charge an extra €30 for cleaning. There was no curtain in the bathroom shower, we showered in the dark. The staff didn't answer the phones... I wouldn't choose this place again.

Everything else. AC doest work. No heater or Cold. Complainted. They say the people repair but it still a same and not work for entire stay even after we complaint again. Shower is warm but not hot enough for cold weather. Bed can have some improvement as the pillow seems over used and a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Anyway the house is clean and location is really great.

They had sent a message through Booking.com asking us to leave the key, but we didn’t see it in time because we had no internet connection. Despite not receiving our response or approval, they didn’t wait and forced the door open. When we returned, the door was broken, and people were inside while our belongings were still there. This incident was never compensated or properly addressed by the property

I would like to share some feedback regarding my stay. Unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable, there was no place to store my luggage before check-in, and the elevator was out of service. I had to carry my bags myself to the third floor, which caused me hand pain.

Location and how spacious the apartment is

Some basic item like garbage bags, washing soap etc were not included. Ceiling was dripping water in the living room and the main bedroom. Also, I requested a late checkout before arriving and I thought it was approved, only to find out it wasn’t approved.

La communication avec l’autre était fluide. L’appartement était super propre comme sur les photos, super bien équipé (des draps des serviettes supplémentaires à disposition dans des placards) l’emplacement, on ne pouvait pas rêver mieux coller aux Champs-Élysées. Hâte de refaire un séjour là-bas.

Lindo apartamento en el corazón de Paris

Su ubicación con metro y buses muy cerca, el espacio, camas dobles y TV en cada habitación, TV en la sala, cocina pequeña muy funcional, tiene un ascensor pequeño, aire acondicionado independiente en cada habitación, dos duchas y un toilet, era limpio y seguro. La comunicación fue rápida y eficiente. Nuestra llegada y salida fue sin complicaciones. Recomendable 100%.

Las duchas emanaban muy mal olor y el aire acondicionado de la entrada goteó al utilizarse.
