Welcome to our 78m² apartment with a 14m² balcony. Fully air-conditioned, it's located on the 4th floor of a secure building with an elevator and is laid out as follows for your comfort:
- Living room with sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, TV, and Wi-Fi
- Dining area with table and chairs for 6 people
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen (hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, toaster, washing machine, kettle, and toaster)
- One double bedroom with a king-size bed (180cm), storage, and a desk area
- One double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm)
- Two full bathrooms with shower, sink, and toilet
The cleaning fee includes bed linen and fresh towels for each person. Cleaning is carried out by professional cleaning staff.
