Fantastic central location with all of Norwich within walking distance. An abundance of nice cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops within close walking distance. The property manager, Louis, was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had or assistance we needed.
We happened to come during unusually hot weather. There was one very small fan in the bedroom but we could have used another fan in the living room. Just outside the entrance to the building there was a rubbish bin, filled to the brim and smelling quite badly. That should have been removed before or upon our arrival.

Good location.
Naff furniture and fittings. Loud neighbors. Doesn't have parking, and despite me bringing this up as an issue with the owner, they still say that they have parking NB the property is near a public car park which costs about £15 a night and is locked overnight. Plenty of better options in the centre (that don't claim to have parking!) Avoid if you can.
