CBD River City Suites with free carpark

Very central to everything

Site works across the street at the moment which goes to midnight but that will only be temporary

Large, clean, great location

Only one set of keys proved problematic with different outings planned

The host was very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean and comfortable and in a very central location. The pool, spa and sauna were great. Free parking is great and the car was easy to get to. The apartment is insulated well against most traffic noise and outside temperature. The beds were very comfortable.

There is major construction work across the road which was not in the listing when booked. We arrived to jack hammering. The construction went 24/7. There were no cloths in the kitchen, only one scrubber. The tiny bin was way too small for the whole apartment. One floor mat for the bathroom is not enough. The fans did not work properly in the bedrooms and as there was only aircon in the lounge room they were very hot and stuffy. You can't keep the windows open due to the construction noise. As a paying guest, I don't appreciate being asked to empty the dishwasher or do any sort of cleaning or removing rubbish.
