Great location, clean and a great size for a couple. Nice view of the gardens and walk bridge. Lots of walking tracks and also a gym and pool of that takes your fancy.
Well stacked kitchen with everything you need. Washer and dryer and dishwasher.
The TV didn't have the ability to even cast your mobile so you are stuck watching free to air which is bad at the best of times. It would be good to upgrade to a smart TV for people with kids or that want to spend a night or two in.
It would also be nice to have some milk and salt and pepper available but they are minor inconveniences.

Overall location and convenience.
The fact that the shower flooded the first 2 night, however once reported it was fixed the very next day, so loves to excellent service.
