The location and view from the apartment is amazing. It is close to the CBD, public transport and most spots.
The checking process was very bad. The key locker is behind a door, that can only be accessed with an existing card, which means one has to sneak in behind someone, which makes one feel like a criminal.
The number to the lock was not given to us beforehand and we had to call the owner (or a company). This is completely unacceptable, considering someone may arrive with an esim from overseas with no phone number. The entire process took 30 minutes.
For a two-bedroom apartment (2 queen size beds) we were only given one key card, which is unacceptable, considering that the key card is needed to enter: elevator, gym, pool, etc.

Clean, close to CBD, had everything we needed, comfortable
A bit of mix up with the keys checking in but otherwise they were very helpful and answered us straight away

Beds were uncomfortable. The apartment is quite small and worn.
