De locatie was goed. De kamer was ruim en schoon. Mooi groot flatscreen. Vrij volledig uitgerust met oven, wasmachine en magnetron. koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker.

Een hangkast ontbrak in de kamer. Geen verlichting direct boven het keukenblok, Niet voor alle ramen gordijnen. De onderburen waren 's nachts behoorlijk luidruchtig. Prut op de trap en in het portaal.
