Die Lage in der Innenstadt und die komplette Küchenausstattung.

Das ich Videos schauen muss um den Schlüssel zu finden( bin Rentner, was macht man ohne oder mit leerem Handyakku). Es gab nur ungemütliche, harte Bänke im Appartment, keinen Stuhl und gar kein Sofa oder Sessel.

Zentrale Lage, sehr guter Organisationsablauf, gemütliche saubere Wohnung.

Parken nur in Parkhäusern möglich.

The appartment itself feels fresh. Good beds, and all the kitchenette items you need for breakfast. It’s located close to the HBF (central station), a large REWE, and near the Metropol Theater Bremen! Checkout was smooth, with a chute inside the building for trash.

The neighborhood is quite rough, but not critical. A lot of junkies in the alley around the corner. The appartment was not marked as ready in the ImmoStay web app when we arrived, so we had to call the support then chat with the host on whatsapp to get a key box code after 30 minutes. The keybox was not located where it was supposed to be, we found it by chance when searching around for it. There was a video that became available when the appartment was marked as ready during our second day. If we had this before arriving the confusion would have been avoided. Somebody had peed right at the keyboxes during the night tho, so the dropoff was a bit unpleasant. Inside the stairwell and corridors there was a strong cigarette smoke odor from time to time, which seeped into the appartment. The key to the corridor was bent and didn’t fit the lock without excessive force. It feels like it could break at any time. The host said they would fix this. The hot water heater didn’t seem to be dimensioned correctly tho, it ran out of heat quickly.
