Definitely homelike place. Enjoyed the cozy balcony. Olga is very amazing person. She was kind enough to help me with my heavy luggage, offered coffee and even late check out. The place is within walking distance from the coty center. I didn't even use a public transport. Walked by the river to reach the city center. Parking around this place is free, and I was lucky enough to find a free spot.

Great location near the riverside park area. Easy transport by tram into the city centre. Met punctually on arrival. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Very good value for money.
Bathroom facilities were inadequate. Very modern bathroom with great shower, but shared with other guests. And no separate toilet. So it was very inconvenient if you wanted the toilet but someone was having a shower!

Close to the tram stop and Altstadt, very nice shower. 2 separate beds, but decent quality.
No bathroom stocks like shampoo present, no dish soap or tea towel to do dishes with. Street parking is almost not doable, we spend 15 minutes aimlessly driving around trying to find a parking spot. No central check-in, so you have to call them when you arrive. Cash only. No check-out instructions whatsoever
