Die Wohnung ist funktional und dennoch gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer war sehr bequem. Unsere beiden Hunde waren willkommen. Es war überall sauber.

Es war etwas hellhörig, hat aber nicht weiter gestört. Im kleineren Schlafzimmer fehlt ein Regal oder Schrank für die Kleidung, aber auch das war nicht weiter schlimm.

The apartment inside is well appointed, decorated nicely and clean. The check-in process was straightforward, if just a bit sketchy in the dark. The kitchen setup was great and it was nice to have incidental foodstuffs like salt, pepper, coffee, etc... It was a ideal space for a family of four and our labrador!

Entrance and stairway is dirty, upon arrival, not the most comfortable feeling. The automatic lights in the stairway go on constantly throughout the night, are triggered by the slightest sound or movement and lit up the entire apartment (front door is all glass...). If you're a light sleeper - this is not ideal. The neighborhood is "bohemian" and a bit edgy. If that's your thing, this is a great stay.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und bestens ausgestattet. Zudem ist sie super zentral im Ostertorviertel gelegen, mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants, Bäcker um die Ecke. Auch die Innenstadt konnten wir zu Fuß erreichen. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt praktisch mittels Schlüsselsafe.

Nichts

The location was central enough to walk to the center. It seemed like the apartment was very recently renovated and furnished, so everything looked nice and new, except the doors for some reason. The kitchen and the bathroom looked particularly nice. It was well decorated, but can be challenging with a toddler as there were a lot of fragile items around.

One of the heating pumps of the building failed while we were there, so the radiators of one of the bedrooms did not work. We tried to compensate by turning on the other radiators to the max, but it helped little, so we had to modify our sleeping arrangements. The building was old, and had terrible heat and sound isolation. We could hear people walking upstairs, and people downstairs could hear everything we did, which is particularly problematic if you have children with you. Also the front door of the flat looked more like an interior door than an exterior door; it had lots of glass and it was covered by a curtain from the inside. The light sensor in the stairs out of the apartment activated every time we went into the hall inside the apartment.
