Great apartment with everything you need

The very small window didn't let in much natural light

Clean, spacious and location was perfectly fine.

WiFi (Internet) was awful. The support from the caretaker was below average.

The apartment is new, spacious, and pleasant to stay in, with a good location – about a 10-minute walk from the city center, and close to shops and public transport. Despite the language barrier, the owner was helpful and did his best to resolve the situation - thank you for that.

I booked a specific apartment, but upon arrival it was not cleaned and the beds were not prepared. The owner later realized they had cleaned the wrong apartment. As it was already after 8 p.m. and I was staying for a full week, I did not want to wait for cleaning or change apartments the next day. I was therefore offered a different, clean apartment, although it was not the one I booked. The apartment is located in a very noisy area with nightclubs, including one directly underneath the building, making weekend nights extremely loud and the area unpleasant at night (with frequent armed police interventions). Also, the apartment could use more thorough cleaning – cigarettes and food were left on the balcony from previous guests, and there was dust and dirt behind the bed, sofa, and in the corners. The toilet flush was not working properly; it was fixed once during my stay but stopped working again afterwards.

Lage: direkt an der 4-spurigen Ringstraße, dadurch auch nachts sehr laut. Stadtblick sollte wohl nur die Himmelsrichtung angeben: Blick ging auf das gegenüberliegende Hochhaus Treppenhaus gruselig Balkon nicht nutzbar: Abgase, Fliesen am Boden kaputt/locker 2. Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster, tiefe Stufe in das Zimmer hinein - nicht geeignet für gehbehinderte Menschen (war so in der Beschreibung nicht erkennbar) Unsauberkeit: insbesondere die Küche (Küchenschränke) und das Bad (Waschbecken ohne Stöpsel, dieser lag verdreckt in der Schublade)
