Die Lage könnte bei Besuchen/Terminen in der Innenstadt kaum besser sein. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen Haus, ist leicht zu erreichen, ist gemütlich und funktional eingerichtet und war wirklich perfekt sauber. Für mich nicht relevant, aber es gibt einen originellen, vollwertigen dritten Schlafplatz auf dem eingebauten Bad. Gerade im Winter stelle ich mir das ausgesprochen gemütlich vor.
Die Wohnung liegt im EG; die Fenster gehen zur Straße und sind einfach verglast. Zwar handelt es sich um eine Fahrradstraße, aber es gibt durchaus auch Fahrzeugbewegungen und die sind deutlich hörbar -- in meinem Fall insbesondere Müllabfuhr und Straßenreinigung gegen 6:00 Uhr morgens...

Location just 5 minutes from the Christmas market location. Cozy and smart furnished and perfect for a short stay of a family with kids.
As it is located on a busy street and on the ground floor one might get external noise from traffic or people passing in front.

Quite close to the train station, good if you travel by train. The apartment is small but very cosy, well equipped with all needed for a short stay. The second bed is placed on a loft on top of the bathroom. The kids had a lot of fun as it is quite high! We did not meet the host, but we had clear instructions on how to collect the key and no problem there. Good price for the quality.
The location is not super, as I mentioned, close to the railway station but not particularly appealing. Anyway, the centre is at walking distance.
