Patio 3 is a new 90 sqm modern apartment in the popular heart of Bremen "the district" Also located in the courtyard, you live luxuriously equipped, on the 2nd floor with balcony and winter garden, up to max. 8 people. Large, bright rooms and open kitchen. Everything within walking distance.

This new and extraordinary apartment, is also with my other apartments Patio 1 and 2, in a beautiful courtyard in the popular Bremen district. It is very comfortable and fully equipped, incl. Bed linen and towels. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a balcony and a small winter garden. The spacious living and dining area is equipped with a modern open kitchen. There are also sleeping facilities for 2 people if required. The exclusively equipped and very large full bath invites you to relax. The tastefully furnished bedrooms offer double beds or Single beds for 6 people. The entire light-flooded living room is equipped with modern designer floors. There is a possibility to park bicycles in the annex. The apartment is very central, but still quiet. From here, the following can be reached in a few minutes, whether on foot, by train, bus or bicycle: old town (shopping, sightseeing, market), Schnoor, the Schlachte (promenade with lots of restaurants on the Weser), ramparts (nice walks in the green and lake), central station, town hall (ÖVB-Arena), museums, Rhododenronpark, Weserstadion, the district with its many boutiques, cafes and restaurants, theater, nightlife and much more Shops and stops are around the corner. Parking of vehicles is possible in the side streets or in the parking garage 500m away.

A spacious and comfortable apartment on the first floor, with a small linear balcony for sitting outside. There have be some noise from a couple of bars in the courtyard below, but was only at the weekend and wasn’t very loud (with the windows shut there was no noise at all). Nice / quirky area, supermarkets and tram stop near by, and only 10-15 minutes walking to the old town through a park.

Our family of five had a few days in this cozy apartment.
There were some noise from the surroundings but not more than you should expect when you live I a city like Bremen.
The apartment is in walking distance to the old town. And there is several grocery stores an restaurants near by.

This was a nice apartment. Our only complaint is that in the hot weather the windows must be open and there are 2 night clubs in the same courtyard. It was very loud and hot few days especially Friday and Saturday nights. When the windows are closed, it shuts out most of the noise. We needed a fan to help circulate the air. In cooler weather, this wouldn’t be a problem. We were comfortable otherwise and the unit had everything we needed (except for a ventilator).
