    I loved my stay at KIMSTEL Jongno! Let me tell you why. I usually don't book hotel rooms when travelling alone so this might affect the review :D but for the final days of my four week trip I decided to treat myself before heading back home. KIMSTEL Jongno did not disappoint. It had the best location I could wish for, right next to some of the tourist sights and in walking distance of many more. Even Myeongdon station is only a (slightly longer) walk away and I felt safe walking this distance at night. Obviously, Seoul is big, you'll still need to take the trains or buses but the train stop for three lines is also just a very short walk away. The hotel is clean and there is room cleaning every two days (you can ask for it via the little door hanger). All amenities are provided and as a solo traveller in a double room I had more than enough space for my big backpack (that even fit under the bed) and more. It looks like in the pictures! Maybe it's a bit small for two people but if you have a busy schedule and only come here for sleeping there won't be any issue. Also, some of the double rooms are a bit bigger because of the layout. I would definitely book again! The check-in was easy and fast via a kiosk that could issue room keys 24/7, there was a luggage storage and the free instant noodles/ramen saved my cravings way too many times <3 Even though I did not see the employees too often, they were sweet and replied to my messages immediately when having a question. Can't recommend this place more! Thank you for the great and calm stay in busy Seoul!

    Hostel was easy to find and near landmarks like Ikseon-dong street (just opp.!) but also away from the noisy streets! Room was clean too. It was small (couldn’t open my big luggage and had to put it on the bed) but no complains. Amenities are great too. They have free coffee/ tea and ramen and washing machine is free to use. Will definitely stay again and 100% recommend.

    The hotel is new so all facilities are still new and clean. Very close walking to train station. Very generous by providing free snacks, instant ramen and there’s a coffee machine too in the kitchen. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

    Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room was just right for one person, with a comfortable queen-sized bed. The location is great—close to the MRT and Ikseon-dong. I also liked the free ramen, coffee, and water. The washer and dryer in the common area were very convenient. Overall, I had a great stay and would happily book here again.
