Nova City Apartment - Next to Atocha Station

Very close to the Atoche Train Station, good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Very very comfortable apartment for two couples (although we did not love the trundle bed in the smaller guest room, but was as stated). Apartment is very clean and looks as if it has recently been remodeled, a lot of items were new or newer - toaster, electric kettle, etc. great washing machine and atrium area for hanging clothes. We would highly recommend.

Nothing important, but a couple of the floor plates (shower, hallway bathroom) were loose or not attached (looks like the flooring was recently done, so just a couple finishing touches need to be done). There were not enough plates/bowls/cups. I think it was a service of 6, but for 4 people, we had do dishes frequently. Regardless, everything worked well.
