Welcome to your comfortable vacation home. On the first floor, you’ll find a stylishly furnished, open-concept living and dining area with harmoniously coordinated colors and a high-quality ambiance. The cozy, comfortable sofa invites you to spend relaxing hours in front of the wood-burning stove—perfect for TV nights or listening to music. The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a relaxing self-catering stay, including a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. You can enjoy your meals either at the dining table with a view of the greenery or on the sunny, seasonally furnished terrace with access to the garden. Additionally, the first floor features an utility room with a washer and dryer, as well as a ground-level shower room. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which features a light-filled loft area and access to the balcony. Here you’ll find three separate bedrooms: one with a double bed and a closet, one with a double bed, a closet, and direct access to the balcony, and another room with a sleeper sofa (140 × 200 cm), a crib, and access to the balcony as well. A spacious, naturally lit bathroom with a bathtub, shower, heated towel rack, sink, and toilet provides additional comfort. The vacation home is family-friendly and comes equipped with a travel crib, a high chair, and a handcart. Two free parking spaces are available right next to the house. Please note that a security deposit of 250? must be paid upon arrival.
