The comfortable 4 room maisonette apartment -Schwannest 2- is on the upper floor and has a large balcony and garden use. The spacious living area is 95sqm and is designed for a maximum of 6 people. The holiday home offers free WiFi and three separate bedrooms. A wellness area with sauna is available to guests of the house free of charge. Family-friendly high chair, cot, handcart and toys are available. It is a holiday home for non-smokers. Pets are not allowed. There is a free outdoor parking space for your car. There is also the possibility to rent the whole house. You live quietly and in close proximity to the Schlossgut-Groß-Schwansee with gastronomy and nature park.

Living level offers two further bedrooms 1x with double bed, television and 1x with 2 single beds. Staircase protection is available for small children. High chair, cot, handcart and toys were considered. In the entrance area there is a washing machine and a dryer for free use. A parking space is free of charge at the house. The guests of the house can use the garden and the cozy wellness area with sauna as an inclusive service. We would like to point out that this is a non-smoking apartment where pets are not allowed.
