About this apartment rental
Only 500 meters walk on a tree lined by young oak trees, closed for traffic small avenue separate the house from the natural beach.
Our condo has over 48 square meters of integrated cooking / dining and living room with an oven fireplace. The bright fitted kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need to prepare delicious meals, and so you can stay in close contact with the rest of your group while cooking. In addition, our apartment offers three bedrooms (three double rooms, one bed can be extended by pulling a bed box from the lower part. Thus, up to 7 people or up to 6 adults have plenty of space. The space is completed by two bathrooms (one with tub, the other with shower).
Of course there is in the apartment - without additional costs for you - washing machine, dryer and a fast Internet connection (Telekom 100MB) and the TV receives various channels (Telekom Home Entertainment).
The storage room, which connects directly to the apartment on the first floor, gives the guests the opportunity to drop off beverage crates or suitcases, and there are also two Tripp Trapp staircase high chairs (with and without hangers) ready. A baby crib can be provided on request.
Enjoy the great view from this apartment on the Baltic Sea at breakfast with its busy traffic and conquer over 20 km of unspoiled beach. Always along it winds through nature reserves of hiking, biking and "inline skating" developed a total of 600 kilometers long Baltic Sea Cycle Route. After 10 km in a westerly direction you reach Travemünde, to the east it is 14 km to Boltenhagen.
You can also look directly onto the lake from the flower-lined guest garden. The nature in the idyllic Groß Schwansee has its charms in every season.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Objekt liegt super nah am Stand und 2 Spielplätze sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
Die Ausstattung und auch die Aufteilung der Wohnung sind wunderschön und perfekt.

Die Unterkunft ist genau so, wie beschrieben - ein wunderschönes Haus mit Garten und Meerblick. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit und völlig unkompliziert. Passend zur gesamten Atmosphäre am Urlaubsort. Es ist absolut ruhig, entspannt und „entschleunigt“ in Groß Schwansee, mit riesigen Feldern, Waldstücken und kilometerlangen Naturstränden. In klaren Nächten ist die Milchstraße zu erkennen. Es gibt (auch für Familien mit Kindern) genügend zu tun: Schwimmen, Wandern, SUP, Ausflüge nach Travemünde, zur Steilküste, nach Boltenhagen etc. Auf was man sich einstellen sollte: es gibt kaum Einkaufs- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Große Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto erreichbar (ca. 10 km). Als Entschädigung ist die Küche super ausgestattet und der Esstisch steht am großen Meerblick-Fenster. Wir fanden es toll!

Wir hatten in der Wohnung einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und ist von sehr viel Natur umgeben. Die Lage ist ein idealer Startpunkt für Wanderungen, Radtouren oder Strandtagen. Auch für Trips wie nach Lübeck, Wismar, Schwerin und zum Timmendorfer Strand ist die Lage super.
Die Wohnung ist groß und mit allem ausgestattet was wir brauchten. In der Küche war alles da, was wir zum Kochen benötigten. Der Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert. Als Besucher haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war an vielen Stellen deutlich wie viel Arbeit die Vermieter investiert haben, damit wir uns im Urlaub wohl fühlten.
Was uns etwas gefehlt hatte, waren ein paar Einkehrmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir konnten das dann aber mit einem Glas Wein an dem großen Fenster mit Blick auf die Ostsee kompensieren. Von uns bekommt die Unterkunft 5 Sterne.
