About this apartment rental
Bright holiday apartment for up to 6 guests with a sunny balcony and green views stretching to the Bay of Lübeck – ideal for families. New kitchen (2024), new mattresses (2025), shower room plus guest WC. The quiet natural beach with shallow water is about a 15-minute walk away. Self check-in via key box, free parking, Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels included for all booked guests.
The apartment
Three bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 room with two single beds, all mattresses new since June 2025), renovated shower room and separate guest WC. Bright living room with open kitchen (renewed 2024) incl. fully automatic coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The 8 m² balcony is the perfect spot for the sunset.
For families
Two high chairs, a travel cot and a play corner are provided. Thanks to offshore sandbanks the beach slopes gently – children can play safely by and in the water.
Surroundings
Quiet and green, away from mass tourism and busy promenades. The beach is about a 15-minute walk. Bike rental nearby, bike shelter at the house (shared with the other apartments). Ideal for trips to Lübeck, Travemünde, Wismar, Boltenhagen and Bothmer Castle.
Access
The apartment is on the upper floor, reached via the stairwell (no lift). Inside the apartment a wooden staircase leads to the bedroom in the attic. The entire apartment incl. balcony is for your exclusive use.

Bed linen and towels are included for all booked guests and are charged with the booking – no further costs on site. Please enter the correct number of guests when booking.

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und geräumige aufgeteilt. Das moderne und neu Badezimmer ist sehr schön. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Leider waren wir mit der Sauberkeit nicht zufrieden. Die Mülleimer in der gesamten Wohnung waren nicht geleert (im Badezimmer war dies sehr sehr unangenehm), die Küche nur oberflächlich abgewischt. Wir konnten erkennen was die Vormieter gekocht haben, da es am Fliesenspiegel neben dem Kochfeld noch sichtbar war. Schade eigentlich, denn wir fanden es alles in allem sehr schön, nachdem wir erstmal alles geputzt hatten. Und bei einer seperaten Reinigungspauschale von 85€ erwarteten wir doch eine gewisse Sauberkeit vorzufinden.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes langes Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung. Großzügig ausgestattet, sauber, tolle Lage, kinderfreundlich.

Die Wohnung liegt recht günstig, der Fahrradverleih ist rund 200 mtr und der Naturstrand ist ca. 1.000 mtr entfernt. Auf den ersten Blick macht die Wohnung einen super Eindruck, es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Die Wohnung ist von der Sauberkeit in einem super Zustand und mit viel Liebe dekoriert, sobald man aber dann richtig hinschaut wird der erste Blick leider doch recht schnell getrübt. Im Bett im Dachgeschoß konnte niemand schlafen,da es auseinander fällt. An der Treppe ins Dachgeschoß fällt der Putz von der Wand. An den Küchenmöbel platzt das Furnier ab. Zwischen Küchen- und Wohnbereich ist auf dem Fußboden die Bodenleiste locker und drückt sich nach unten weg. Und das sind nur die "großen offensichtlichen Macken". Hätten solche notwendigen Reparaturen nicht während der COVID-19 bedingten Schließung gemacht werden können ?
Nötig wären sie auf jeden Fall.
